Terms of Service
Last updated: May 20, 2026
1 · Who we are
Vibe Coding The Right Way is operated as a sole proprietorship by Alkein Villajos, based in Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “the instructor” refer to Alkein Villajos. Contact: alkein.developments@gmail.com.
2 · What you’re buying
A seat at the live online workshop “Vibe Coding The Right Way”, including:
- One live session (approx. 2–3 hours) on the scheduled date
- A recording of the session, sent after it ends
- The spec, plan, and prompt templates demoed during the session
- The bonus skills library and team-workflow walkthrough
The fee does not include any third-party subscriptions (e.g. Claude Pro/Max, ChatGPT Plus, GitHub, Supabase, Vercel). You bring your own accounts.
3 · Payment & verification
Payment is collected via GCash. After you submit the registration form with your GCash reference number, we manually verify the transaction and email your onboarding details within 24 hours. Registrations are only confirmed once payment is verified.
International payments may be arranged manually (Wise, PayPal, or similar) on request — email us before paying.
4 · Refunds & cancellation
Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the workshop starts. Within 48 hours we cannot refund because your seat is held and small-group seating is capped. If the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you receive a full refund or a seat in the next cohort — your choice.
If something on our end materially breaks the workshop (instructor no-show, total platform failure on our side), email us and we will make it right — refund, reschedule, or both.
5 · Recording, IP & your code
The session recording, templates, and skills library are licensed to you for personal use. You may use the templates and patterns in your own client and personal work without restriction. Please do not redistribute, resell, or repackage the recording or templates as your own product.
The code you write during the workshop is yours. We claim no ownership over your repo or any product you build.
6 · Conduct
We expect respectful conduct during the live session and in any channel attached to it. Harassment, doxxing, and bad-faith disruption may result in removal from the session without refund.
7 · Limitation of liability
The workshop is educational. We do not guarantee any specific career, employment, or revenue outcome. We’re not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of code generated during or after the session — you remain responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying anything you ship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the workshop is limited to the amount you paid for your seat.
8 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email will be brought before the appropriate courts of Zamboanga del Sur.
9 · Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes that affect existing registrants will be communicated by email before they take effect.
