1 · Who collects your data
This site is run by Alkein Villajos, a sole proprietor based in Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines. For privacy matters contact alkein.developments@gmail.com.
2 · What we collect
When you register for the workshop, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your GCash reference number
- Optionally, the GCash sender name if different from your own
- Optionally, any notes you choose to add (goals, prior experience, questions)
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
3 · Why we collect it
We use the information you submit only to:
- Verify your GCash payment against the reference number you provided
- Send you workshop onboarding (the link to the live session, prep checklist, recording)
- Issue an official receipt or invoice when you request one
- Reply to questions you send us
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing outside of communications about workshops you have registered for.
4 · How long we keep it
Registration data is kept for as long as needed to deliver the workshop and meet Philippine tax and accounting obligations (currently 10 years for primary records). You can ask us to delete identifying details earlier; in that case we will retain only the minimum needed for tax compliance (typically an anonymized receipt entry).
5 · Who else sees it
Today, your registration data lives in our server logs and is accessed only by the instructor for manual verification. We do not currently share registration data with any third party.
As the workshop grows we may move registration storage to a hosted database (e.g. Supabase). If we do, that provider will process the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments — we will update this policy and notify registered users.
6 · Cookies & analytics
This site does not currently set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this page and add a cookie notice.
7 · Your rights
You can email us at any time to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Ask us to delete your data (subject to the retention rules in section 4)
- Withdraw consent for any future communications
8 · Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the data you give us, but no online system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will notify you and the appropriate authority as required by the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
9 · Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be emailed to registered users.
